I shoot on film, both medium format and 35mm. I have worked with a range of clients over the years, from empowerment shoots to branding for small businesses to elopements.

The Experience
A short guide to working with me

After your enquiry my first step is to get to know you better via a short questionnaire. This helps me get to know you as a person and start visualising your imagery. If we’re a good fit, I’ll send you the contract and invoice for the deposit to secure your booking.

Once the deposit has been received we will schedule a call to discuss the visual direction and address any questions you might have. Based on the call and your questionnaire answers, I will put together a Vision Board - a beautiful document that contains all the ideas and details for the shoot.

This is the fun part! We get to spend a few hours together creating something truly special.

For photoshoots you will receive your gallery of images within 2 - 3 weeks. Times may vary depending on the availability of the film lab to process your film.
For music videos you will receive a first draft of your video within 3 - 4 weeks. Then, following any notes you may have, you will receive your final video an additional 2 weeks later.

Photography
Options include medium format film (10 very high resolution images per roll) and 35mm (up to 36 high resolution images per roll).
As a guideline, prices start from £350.

Videography
From concept to final edit, I handle everything you need to create a personalised, high-quality music video tailored to your unique sound and style.
Digital + camcorder options available.

I believe in complete transparency and no hidden costs so nothing takes you by surprise.

There are no travel costs for shoots in London, where I’m based. Shoots outside of London will incur a travel fee. If I get multiple bookings in an area outside of London the travel fee will be significatly lower, so tell you friends, family and neighbours to book their shoot too!

British weather is what it is, and having an indoor location secured means we can still create no matter what. I recommend getting some shots at your own place so you can show off your personality even more, but if that’s not possible, hiring a cute Air BnB that aligns with your style is a good option.

If there are some outfits and props you don’t yet own but would help you embody the energy you want for your shoot, you might want to invest in them for the shoot (and your future!) If you book a couple of months in advance this can help you spread out the total costs.

Most of my clients tend to prefer a natural, bare face, or doing their own makeup, but if you’d like yours done by a professional I can always recommend one. If you get your hair cut regularly I would also recommend getting that done a week or so before the shoot.

Booking & Planning

A 50% deposit and signed contract is required to secure your date. The remaining 50% is due before the shoot date.

Once your deposit has been paid we’ll jump on a call to discuss all the details for your shoot. I’ll give you recommendations and advice every step of the way.

In short, no. I work with clients who are ready to invest in themselves. I do however offer payment plans to help spread the costs if that’s a concern or a barrier.

Yes, I love to travel. If you live outside of the UK but love my work, drop me message anyway - chances are extremely high that I’ll jump on the chance to get on a plane.
Shooting & Delivery

Of course, that's never a problem. Almost all of my clients have never stepped in front of a camera before. I’ll give you guidance and prompts throughout so you’re never left wondering what to do.

You will receive an online gallery of your images within 2 - 3 weeks. Times may vary slightly due to the availability of the film labs to develop and process your photos.

Within 3 - 4 weeks you will receive a first draft of the video. If you have any notes I will then work on those and have your final video delivered within another 2 weeks.

I prefer to take the time to get as much right as we can in-camera. Sometimes certain things can't be avoided, such as people walking in the background, unsightly bins, etc so I may choose to remove those.
I'm also happy to remove a spot or blemish if it bothers you, but I will never alter your body in any way.

You know when you connect with someone so well you realize just how many boring, awful people you’ve tolerated in your life before? That’s how a photoshoot with Artemis feels. They really took time to understand what I wanted out of this shoot, understand my brand, and they brought that out of me in my photos. I have never felt more comfortable doing a photoshoot and I have done plenty! Not only was it a joy to shoot with them - the photos are INCREDIBLE. They’re also very professional and delivered them in a timely manner. I cannot recommend them enough!

Artemis helped me put together the most gorgeous Victorian fairytale in photo form. I loved working with them so much - they’re a very talented photographer and know how to direct you in a way that makes you feel comfortable. Being able to do a photoshoot with someone who really highlights and makes me feel comfortable with my queerness and transness is so important to me - and after a lot of photoshoots, working with Artemis is a breath of fresh air.
